To start off with Amazon started off giving me not complete information...only 2 boxes out of 8 were dropped off. They emailed me and asked me how the order was...well it was incomplete. I contacted the seller and the communication between them and I was wonderful. I ordered one order of the 2-3 seaters, and one order of the 2-seat/3-seat. They were to replace the old seats we had for our service customer waiting room. The #1 reason I purchased them was the height...the other seats were too low for our older customers to get out of. The height is perfect and I wish I could say that I hope they last a least a couple months. Putting them together is very difficult, the bolts do not want to thread, hooks do not was to stay together-put all of them together took many hours and days. The worst part was that we have tile throughout the whole building, when the first 3 seater was completed we had someone sit in it. With the tile and the legs being hollow metal and not welded together strongly the legs started collapsing!!! I was so scared...knew we had to work with what we had!! We couldn't send back 8 boxes of furniture!!! I decided that maybe having carpet underneath would help. I ordered 4 runners...that didn't help still too slippery!! Got some carpet pad and carpet grippers. So after spending an additional $172.95 I think I have something that I pray to god last at least a couple months and that my customers will hopefully remain safe.Purchased one double and two singles for a small medical office waiting room that we renovated. The chairs look good, modern looking, very airport like. We had some confusion re the delivery and the company was very helpful and communicative. However, they are VERY hard and not comfortable to sit on. Quality is so so, I do not think they will last long but price was not very high so I guess that was expected.Be careful handling the black endcap covers, you could cut yourself on the metal underneath.the cushion is pretty hard. It makes a good waiting chair but nobody is going to want to sit in it for more than 15 minutes or so.It's good but not like 5 stars because I sent a message for the company but they are not professional enough because the seats 2 of them too badafter two hours of trying and failing to put this together with my friend we have given up. the back and seating always fall apart. parts of this thing are falling off when we get close. the instruction manual to install it is 3 steps it needs to be step by step for god sake not just thrown together to save 0.05 of paper for a 200+$ chairA bit firm, does not cleanup well for commercial useBeautiful and comfortable,easy to move.2 of the bushes were broken at the time of receiving.
