I hate it. Much simpler the old way. More steps this way. Why even call it reloading when you're making us go through the entire purchasing process?it says i would get this in approximate 5 minutes after reloading my balance. it has now been 7 hours and it's still "processing" wtf amazon!You’ve gone from bad to worse on this.. finally at least yiu can but a different number in like you coild on the app but your corporate free that originally had amazon coins at 350.00 per 50,000 - is of course now up to 400.00 for 50,000 - it was nice to save the extra 2% on anything in Amazon off of a gift card reload - but Amazon conquered the world so you have no reason to truly offer any pricing incentives. At least out the 2% discount back in for amazon prime members. The money I spent on reloading my gift card by saving the 2% paid for my subscription which of course you know was raised for lame movies and garbage prime originals.. stop ripping your customers off and leave the 2% prime reload aloneThe old system worked fine. This system seems to work just fine too but I'm not seeing any advantages. For those of us used to the old system there's enough difference here that it takes an extra minute to figure out. Nice that you can still specify and amount added to your account.The "old way" was PERFECT!!!! Why must you change something that's already great. It's clear Bezos has already stepped down because this whole app is constantly changing over time. Do you or do you NOT want to make your consumers happy? Because this is definitely NOT something that needed to be revamped ?UPDATE 8/10/21 - Soooo... not too long after the "new" features for the "gift card reload" were added... it was soon switched back to the original format. Which as you can see (based off this review) was something I was very happy about. HOWEVER... here we go again - messing up what doesn't need fixing. JUST KEEP IT HOW IT'S ALWAYS BEEN!!! There's no fixing needed-Goodness Gracious SMHDIFFICULT TO USE. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT!This new reload process is very opaque and much less user friendly than the previous process. I'm pretty sure Amazon changed the gift balance reload method to make it harder for folks to figure out how to get the 2% back. This new process has at least 4 additional clicks in it. Why else would they make this harder?The new CX does not tell me if I will get any cashback for my reload. I just went through the process and it gave me cashback as always for my payment method.
